The LIP brand has designed an exclusive limited and numbered edition model, co-branded with the Grand Prix de France Historique. This Rallye chronograph features a mechanical-quartz movement with 1/5-second precision up to 60 minutes, showcasing the colors of the Grand Prix and incorporating a chronometric scale around the dial's edge. The Rallye Grand Prix de France Historique chronograph is limited to 1,906 pieces worldwide, a number that echoes the creation of the first Grand Prix de France. It is a worthy heir to the refined chronographs used in past automobile rallies. Its dial features a central white area that generously encompasses two blue counters (one for the chronograph minutes and the other with a 24-hour hand), connected at the center by a checkered flag to celebrate the spirit of competition. The polished stainless steel case has a diameter of 39 mm and is paired with a first tricolor woven nylon strap. This chronograph is delivered in a box with a second perforated black leather strap, stitched in blue, both equipped with a chromed pin buckle. A new collector's item for all automobile enthusiasts!

Lip is the official timekeeper of the Grand Prix de France Historique.
With its rich history of numerous timing awards, Lip is honored to become, for the first time and until 2026, the official timekeeper of the Grand Prix de France Historique. This exceptional event brings together the finest Formula 1 cars from McLaren, Williams, Ligier, and many others that have made their mark in the history of motor racing. The current CEO, Pierre-Alain Bérard, wanted to pay tribute to the passion of his predecessor, Fred Lip, by once again becoming the official timekeeper and by designing and developing a timing instrument tailored for motor racing.
