The Lip Himalaya is renowned for its reliability and durability. The Himalaya, a timepiece of timeless elegance, now lives to the rhythm of an automatic movement. The skeleton dial shows the passage of time with precision and elegance. The watch has a polished 316L stainless steel case, mounted on a smooth brown calfskin strap with tone-on-tone topstitching and a pin buckle. Its largely skeleton dial features pink gold hour markers and partially luminescent pink gold hands. Its screw-down caseback is transparent, once again allowing you to contemplate the movement in operation. Water-resistant to 50 m, this timepiece will accompany you in style wherever you go.

About himalaya
A French story
HIMALAYA
MAURICE HERZOG & LOUIS LACHENAL
In 1950, Maurice Herzog and Louis Lachenal reached the summit of Annapurna. For the first time in the history of mankind, men conquered a peak above 8,000 m. They were French, and it was with their LIP Himalaya watches that they looked at the time as they reached the top of the ‘first 8,000’. Five years later, in the spring of 1955, Lionel Terray and Jean Couzy set a new Himalayan record by making the first ascent of Makalu, the 5th highest peak in the world at an altitude of 8,485 m. Two world records for the same watch model!
