While telling the time is its primary function, it's also an undeniable fashion accessory, and this Lip Himalaya model has been revisited to reveal its hourglass-shaped heart to keep even better time. Its seductive elegance and originality make it irresistible. Its polished 316L stainless steel case houses a magnificent white skeleton dial, covered by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The hour markers are silvered and the hands are blue and partially luminescent, while the second hand has a red tip. The blue crocodile-style cowhide leather strap is tone-on-tone topstitched and fitted with a pin buckle. Water-resistant to 50 m, with a transparent screw-down caseback, this is a true sports watch with a dressy look.

About himalaya
A French story
HIMALAYA
MAURICE HERZOG & LOUIS LACHENAL
In 1950, Maurice Herzog and Louis Lachenal reached the summit of Annapurna. For the first time in the history of mankind, men conquered a peak above 8,000 m. They were French, and it was with their LIP Himalaya watches that they looked at the time as they reached the top of the ‘first 8,000’. Five years later, in the spring of 1955, Lionel Terray and Jean Couzy set a new Himalayan record by making the first ascent of Makalu, the 5th highest peak in the world at an altitude of 8,485 m. Two world records for the same watch model!
