Your watch is under warranty
The commercial warranty offered by LIP lasts for 2 years from the date of purchase for LIP watches bought from our website lip.fr.
To benefit from the warranty, you must log in to your customer account and access your watch order to submit a return request for after-sales service (SAV) under warranty and organize the return of your watch to our LIP workshops.
The shipping cost is covered by LIP: a return label will be sent to you by email. The return of watches under warranty must be carried out according to the instructions provided by LIP.
Your watch is no longer under warranty
You must log in to your customer account and access your watch order to submit a return request for after-sales service (SAV) outside the warranty. The return of watches no longer under warranty must be carried out according to the instructions provided by LIP.
The shipping costs will be your responsibility and at your own risk.
Once the watch is received in our LIP workshops, our SAV will provide you with a quote before any intervention. If you decline the quote, the watch will be returned to you, and a flat fee of €10 (excluding tax) for return shipping costs will be charged. The return will be made via Colissimo with a signature required. If you do not wish for the return of your watch, LIP will handle its destruction in accordance with current legislation.
If you accept the quote, after repair or exchange, the watch will be sent via Colissimo with a signature required, within an indicative timeframe of 15 business days.
Do you want to have your LIP watch serviced or repaired?
Follow these steps.

- Any reference that does not start with “67XXXX” is considered a HISTORIC LIP watch.
