A LEGITIMACY ROOTED IN SPORT TIMEKEEPING
Drawing on its rich heritage in chronometry, Maison LIP is proud to serve, for the third consecutive year, as the official timekeeper of the Grand Prix de France Historique.
From May 8 to 10, 2026, the Circuit Paul Ricard will host a new edition of this must-attend event, bringing together more than 225 cars on track, including over 60 iconic Formula 1 cars from the 1970s to the 2010s.
Following a record-breaking edition that attracted more than 106,000 spectators, the Grand Prix confirms its status as a leading European event for enthusiasts of historic motorsport.

Since its origins, LIP has maintained a close relationship with the world of automobiles.
Fred LIP, an emblematic figure of the brand, did not merely observe performance - he lived it. A collector and driver, he equipped his own cars, including a Ferrari 410 Superamerica, with LIP chronometers, embodying a vision where watchmaking and mechanical engineering become one.
Today, this legacy continues under the impulse of the Maison, which reconnects with this DNA by developing timekeeping instruments designed specifically for the world of motorsport.

LIP RALLYE CHRONOGRAPH GPFH CELEBRATING MOTORSPORT
A NEW GPFH 2026 LIMITED EDITION
On the occasion of this new edition, LIP unveils an exclusive co-branded model: the Rallye Méca-Quartz Chronograph Grand Prix de France Historique 2026.
Produced in 1,906 pieces worldwide, in reference to the date of the first Grand Prix de France, this chronograph embodies the pure tradition of racing watches.
Its dial features a white base with two blue counters, subtly connected by a checkered flag — a signature element of the racing universe. The blue tones echo the iconic run-off stripes of the Circuit Paul Ricard, firmly anchoring the model in its natural environment.
A tachymeter scale on the outer edge of the dial allows speed measurement, while the red central hand ensures instant readability of elapsed time, accurate to 1/5th of a second up to 60 minutes.
