This Lip Himalaya watch features an automatic movement and a polished 29 mm 316L stainless steel case, a size perfectly suited to slender wrists. Its finely guilloché white dial has a flower-shaped opening at 6 o’clock, allowing a glimpse of the automatic movement in action, and is protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal.
The movement can also be admired through the transparent screw-down case back, which also ensures water resistance up to 50 meters. The hour markers and hands are silver-toned.
The strap is made of smooth white calfskin leather and fastens with a chrome pin buckle signed LIP. It is fitted with quick-release spring bars, allowing you to change the strap very easily. A small watch that is very comfortable to wear, radiant, and designed to stand the test of time.

About himalaya
A French story
HIMALAYA
MAURICE HERZOG & LOUIS LACHENAL
In 1950, Maurice Herzog and Louis Lachenal reached the summit of Annapurna. For the first time in the history of mankind, men conquered a peak above 8,000 m. They were French, and it was with their LIP Himalaya watches that they looked at the time as they reached the top of the ‘first 8,000’. Five years later, in the spring of 1955, Lionel Terray and Jean Couzy set a new Himalayan record by making the first ascent of Makalu, the 5th highest peak in the world at an altitude of 8,485 m. Two world records for the same watch model!
